One of the most beautiful rivers of the wild South. The road follows the Langevin River, dotted with cool pools and picnic areas, up to the spectacular Grand Galet waterfall that pours like a curtain down a lush cliff.
Come early at weekends: picnic areas get very busy. After heavy rain, the prefecture advises against swimming in rivers and pools (flash floods, water quality).
