Formerly the King's Garden, founded in 1773 by the French East India Company as an acclimatisation garden, it houses the Natural History Museum (1855) and is a listed historic monument. Look out for the talipot palm, baobab, traveller's tree and many other exotic species.
At the top of Rue de Paris, an ideal shady break while visiting Saint-Denis. Check the Museum's opening hours before you go.
